It&nbsp;is a meaningful way to&nbsp;make the invisible visible,&nbsp;identify&nbsp;risks and improve working conditions for everyone.&nbsp;The ILO, EUOSHA and many researchers point out that work affects&nbsp;the&nbsp;physical and mental health&nbsp;of&nbsp;men and women&nbsp;in&nbsp;different ways. Some differences&nbsp;stem&nbsp;from the fact that women\u2019s occupational health problems are often less recognised, while others&nbsp;arise because&nbsp;men and women&nbsp;tend to&nbsp;work in&nbsp;different types&nbsp;of jobs.
