With this poster I aim to illustrate some first findings of my PhD research.
From my perspective, labour is the undergoing a process of invisibilisation. The economic valuation of the work’s vocational dimension promotes, in fact, unpaid work experiences.
With unpaid work, I mean those activities that, even if recognized in regular and economic labour market, internal or external to the work organization, are implemented without a remuneration.
The main topics of my work concern the logic that structures the relationship between paid and unpaid work, the logic that justifies the existence of this relation and the risks for the worker and the organization linked to this logic.
